題材多元一直是我為孩子選書的原則。一般童書可略分為 fiction &
nonfiction 兩大類型。前者 fiction 屬於杜撰文學，依創作類型再分為詩歌
、韻文、繪本、漫畫、小說等等；後者 nonfiction 屬於夾帶事實的知識型
書籍，依主題可分為 science 自然科學 (含: 動物科學、植物科學、
人體科學、太空科學、環境科學、恐龍科學、氣候科學等)，social studies
社會學科(含:傳記、歷史、視覺藝術、音樂等) 。
